Gillian founded the first IBB company, International Business Brokers (IBB) Limited in 1998 with one purpose - To Change the World!  Today, almost three decades later, IBB remains a leading provider of leadership development, business performance improvement and executive coaching. In addition to overseeing overall group operations, Gillian heads the consultancy arm of the group and is a licensed distributor and certified facilitator for Leadership Management International, Inc. (LMI). 

As a business and civil society leader Gillian has served on a number of commercial and non-profit boards and committees across a variety of industry sectors, and is well known for her ability to build high-performing teams, develop strategic plans and execute on those plans.
