		Born 30th June, 1972, Gillian is Trinidadian by birth, Founder, Chairman and Group CEO of an exceptional group of companies, IBB Ltd., IBB Holdings and IBB Properties; together known as IBB Global www.ibbglobal.com . Gillian is responsible for the Group’s overall business operation and growth. Gillian has over 16 years experience in finance and business management, including working capital management within the oil and gas Industry, project management, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, quality assurance and process reengineering. She has a keen interest in globalization and regionalization and founded IBB as part of an initiative to contribute to increased economic growth through the sustainable development of human resource within the Caribbean region.

Richard has over 20 years practical very hands-on experience in helping others develop and pursue more spiritual and mindful living. He is able to quickly build trust and confidence with clients allowing them to feel comfortable enough to access their innate talents and look into the infinite possibilities before them. Richard has previously worked in a wide range of industries including media, pharmaceutical distribution, finance , energy and government affairs. He has served and excelled in some of the most demanding corporate and public sector environments.
