About IBB
Our Approach
IBB’s overall development process can be broken into five key steps:
1. Setting the Objectives: One-on-one interviews with the ExecutiveSponsor and participating executives/managers to discuss and agree uponthe goals and objectives to be achieved on a personal, team andorganizational level.
2. Performance Evaluations: The evaluation process includes a review ofall relevant performance evaluation data. This process typicallyincludes one-on-one interviews and may also include the facilitation ofseparate focus group discussions with support staff. These sessions also focus on the organisation’sstructure, culture, required skills and competencies, performance relatedissues and any process or procedural gaps that may be hindering results.
3. Implementation and Action: This aspect focuses on the development ofa plan of action to improve upon gaps identified within the evaluationreport(s).
4. Integration of Behavioural Change: This process tracks implementationof the individual/organizational plan of action and integration of attitudinal and behaviouralchange. Critical success factors are identified for the individual, their supportteams and the business and we focus on integrating all behaviour changesinto the workplace.
