Gillian Wall
Managing Director

Gillian is the founder of IBB and has over 11 years experience in finance and business management, within the energy and high technology sectors. She also has extensive project management, due diligence, merger and acquisition, quality assurance and process reengineering experience.

She has a keen interest in globalization and regionalization and founded IBB as part of an initiative to contribute to increased economic growth, through the sustainable development of the human resource within the region.

In addition to her duties as director, she is actively involved in the delivery of all levels of leadership, sales and service excellence programs for local and regional clients. She has worked with small, medium and large clients and achieved major results for the individuals and their organizations. Gillian is a qualified facilitator of LMI and SQI programs.

Nigel Wall
Regional Director

Nigel is British by birth and resident in Trinidad. He is the Regional Director of IBB and has a primary focus on implementing global and international business practices and management standards within the region.

Nigel has over 25 years technical, sales, marketing and business management experience within a number of organisations ranging from small pre IPO start-ups to global blue chips in a variety of industry sectors.

Nigel has worked with a large range of local and international clients on developing leadership skills, sales, service excellence, strategic growth, team effectiveness and overall business improvement. Nigel is a qualified facilitator for both LMI and SQI programs, he is also approved by both LMI and SQI to develop and train facilitators.

Lorraine Villaroel
Marketing Manager – Service Quality

Lorraine has almost 20 years experience in the finance industry, spending the last few years focusing solely on sales and quality service delivery. She is responsible for the development and delivery of the SQI service excellence programs for IBB within the region.
