- Gillian Wall
 Group CEO
Gillian is the founder of IBB and has over 15 years experience in finance and business management, within the energy and high technology sectors. She also has extensive project management, due diligence, merger and acquisition, quality assurance and process reengineering experience.
She has a keen interest in globalization and regionalization and founded IBB as part of an initiative to contribute to increased economic growth, through the sustainable development of the human resource within the region.
In addition to her duties as director, she is actively involved in the delivery of all levels of leadership, sales and service excellence programs both locally and internationally. She has worked with small, medium and large clients and achieved major results for the individuals and their organizations. Gillian is a qualified facilitator of LMI and SQI programs.
