Our Company

International Business Brokers (IBB) was founded in Trinidad in 1998 with the objective of becoming a key resource in the region for the development of personal and business effectiveness. At IBB we use a unique process developed over the last 30 years to dramatically improve business effectiveness by helping individuals and organisations develop and use their full potential. We deliver business performance improvement by developing people. We work with companies to improve Leadership, Management, Personal Productivity, Sales and Customer Service and deliver significant measurable business results. Through our results focus we develop long-term business relationships with our clients and as a result over 80% of our business comes from re-sales and referrals.

At IBB we believe in taking the best global standards for development and delivering them locally. Accordingly we have formal relationships with Leadership Management International (LMI) and the Service Quality Institute (SQI) and are constantly reviewing the international market for best in class tools and techniques to keep our clients ahead of the competition.

Through our partnerships with LMI and SQI, IBB and our partners are able to deliver the same internationally accredited, high quality personal development and customer service excellence programs globally in over 60 regions and 23 languages. We also have our own unique style of delivery with some of the most internationally respected consultants and facilitators.
